Problem logging in? Check these FAQs
If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgotten?' link in the log in form. An email will be sent to you with a new temporary password. Use the link in the email to activate the temporary password, then log in with the temporary password and change this to a permanent password after you log in. Use ‘Account' in the menu after you log in to change password.
If you cannot remember the email address with which you registered, or you no longer have access to this email account, contact us explaining the situation. We can investigate and deal with your request after completing a verification of your entitlement.
If you have a new email, you must first log in as normal. Then go to ‘Account' in the menu and select change email option.
You will receive an email from LTT magazine to the new email address for verification. You will also receive an email to your old email address as a security measure.
After you verify the new email address (by clicking the verification link) your username will be changed to the new email address when you next log in.

Check your user status from ‘Account' in the menu when you are loggded in. This gives you the options to review your account, subscription status and provides notification options.
If your subscription payment is managed through the Stripe payment system administered by Minadmin Ltd, you will see a link to manage your subscription options, including your next payment date, change of payment card, upgrade or cancellation options. You can also download all your previous invoices and receipts.
Users on the legacy payment system, managed through Landor LINKS will only see the expiry date of their subscription.
Users in our Corporate Subscription Scheme will see details of the point of contact for the subscription in their organisation and the expiry date of their subscription.
