Public Accounts Committee slates DfT over its handling of Euston HS2 plans

The DfT still does not know what it is trying to achieve with the High Speed 2 (HS2) station at Euston, despite spending over eight years planning for it so far, says a new report from the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
