AA survey suggests expanded ULEZ ‘would disrupt family life’ for car users

The AA motoring organisation estimates that up to 300,000 car-owning London residents will be impacted by the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone, with large numbers unable to afford a replacement car that complies with its emissions standards.
