Sir Nic Cary has become associate director at DEFT153 (Delivering Efficiency for Transport 153) alongside Teresa Jolley. The firm offers technical support services to organisations in the highways and transport sector. Cary previously spent three years at the DfT, working on digital transformation and data policy. He went on to form his own company, Waysphere, which has been working with DEFT153.
