National Highways brings in big-hitter advisors to shape RIS3 plans
National Highways has signed up a trio of big name consultants to support its planning for England’s strategic highway network for the 2025- 2030 RIS3 period
Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, DALLAS – Jacobs (NYSE:J), and PwC have been appointed by National Highways to help develop the government’s third road investment strategy (RIS3) for England’s highway network which runs from 2025-2030.
