... and ‘refocuses’ Kwarteng’s infrastructure project plans
In his Autumn Statement, the chancellor promised to “refocus” the investment zone ideas put forward by his predecessor Kwasi Kwarteng.
Jeremy Hunt said: “The Government will seek to accelerate delivery of projects across its infrastructure portfolio, rather than focus on the list of projects that were flagged for acceleration in the Growth Plan” (LTT854 3 October).
