Lead officers appointed to manage the four CJCs

Kellie Beirne is interim chief executive of the South East Wales CJC. She was appointed chief executive of the Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) City Deal in 2018, having previously worked at Monmouthshire County Council. Alongside her are Christopher Lee, interim chief finance officer, and James Williams, interim monitoring officer.

Karen Jones, chief executive of Neath Port Talbot Council, is interim chief executive of the South West Wales CJC, with Chris Moore of Carmarthenshire as chief finance officer and Craig Griffiths of Neath Port Talbot as monitoring officer.
