James Ford has been made head of the Bus Centre of Excellence at the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT). Ford's career includes four years as head of transport & technology at Political Lobbying and Media Relations and two years as advisor to the mayor’s director of environment & digital London at the Greater London Authority.
