Matthew Lugg OBE has been made a non-executive chairman at Via East Midlands.

Lugg has more than 40 years’ experience in public and private sectors including as head of profession, local government at WSP, director of public services at Mouchel and director of environment and transport at Leicestershire County Council. Lugg is a past president, fellow and member of council at the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT).
