EV transition and public transport overlooked
Electric vehicle charging campaign group FairCharge was disappointed at the lack of measures to support EV transition, particularly failure to deliver on equalising the VAT rate on public EV charging, currently 20%, with that for home charging. The campaign labels this a “pavement tax”.
