‘Make Blue Badge scheme paperless to end theft’ says Haringey transport chief
Theft of Blue Badges would virtually be eradicated if the government made the nationwide scheme paperless, according to Seema Chandwani, Haringey’s cabinet member for tackling inequality and resident services.
