Dave Haskins has been made interim director transport policy and delivery at the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA). He has been head of transport implementation at WYCA since September 2019, prior to which he spent three years at the combined authority as head of feasibility and assurance. Haskins joined WYCA in 2004 after four years at consultants AECOM as associate director.
