Is everyone really ready for new approaches to our deep-seated transport challenges?
Arman Farahmand-Razavi notes that the Local Transport Summit that took place in Cardiff at the beginning of the month acted as an intensive focus on issues that have been featured in LTT over the past 12 months. It gave the chance to look in some new ways at tackling the big challenges of our time, particularly through the innovative approach of the Welsh Government. But he also was reminded of slow progress on matters that had been flagged up for early attention a year ago.
