Aberystwyth University opens transport research centre

A new transport and mobility research centre has opened at Aberystwyth University in Wales. The Centre for Transport and Mobility (CeTraM) is co-directed by Professor Peter Merriman (Dept of Geography and environmental Science) and Charles Musselwhite (Psychology), leading a group of academics drawn from across the social sciences and humanities to research transport and mobility.

Musselwhite told LTT: “We are building an internationally recognised centre for transport and mobility at Aberystwyth University (AU) focusing on different aspects of mobility and transport through the lenses of the social and behavioural sciences and humanities.
