Go-Ahead expands in Devon with Dartline buy
The Go-Ahead Group has bought Devon bus and coach operator Dartline Coaches in a retirement sale. The deal will see 118 employees and 84 vehicles become part of the group’s Go South West subsidiary.
Dartline will continue to operate as a standalone business expanding Go South West “into wider Devon,” says Managing Director Richard Stevens. Go South West will operate 380 vehicles under four customer- facing brands: Dartline, Go Cornwall Bus, Go Devon Bus and Plymouth Citybus.
